Since our last newsletter our building surveying team
have continued to build upon their successful
partnership with Galliford Try Construction as part of
their appointment on the MoJ Framework Contractors
Panel in assisting them with upgrading and maintaining
existing MoJ building stock as well as continuing to
provide the necessary heritage and conservation skills
required in maintaining Durham Cathedral Schools
Foundation Chorister School buildings on behalf of
them and Durham Cathedral. Our building surveying
team have also expanded their services to provide
quinquennial inspections and baseline energy
assessments for churches and manses across many
different church circuits, assisted by the use of our
office drone, which we have invested in to use to take
photographic images and video footage of those highlevel areas of buildings that cannot be seen from
ground level.
Our surveying team have a vast array of experience in
delivering a wide range of projects in the construction
industry across many different sectors, including
Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential.
Specialising in the repair and refurbishment of existing
and historic buildings, they excel in the challenge of
working with Listed Buildings, providing the necessary
Heritage and Conservation skills that are required.
Our surveying team remain involved with projects
throughout, from their inception through to their
successful completion, ensuring that a close working
relationship is always maintained with the client and
the project team.
